Inclement Weather Policy

When there is ice and snow on the roadways, the President will decide by 9:00 AM on the day of the meeting whether to proceed or cancel.

If canceled, a notice will be posted immediately on our web site (www.ccwe.org), and sent to members
in a mass email.

A message will be left on the reservation line (816-464-1120). If you have invited guests it will be your responsibility to notify them of the cancellation. We will attempt to contact
all other guests that have left a phone
number.
